Burritopedia

What's with the burrito? It's conveniently wrapped to eat with your hands, but almost impossible to do so. You can stuff anything in a tortilla and call it a burrito. Of course, the burrito is as close to Mexican food as Pizza Hut is to Neopolitan pizza. It's American, which of course means it's going to be unruly and overstuffed and weird and delicious.
